Afolabi Yakub Sewanu (born 3 May, 1990), known by his stage name “SehWee” is an upcoming Nigerian rapper, singer-songwriter, recording artist and stage performer. SehWee hails from Lagos state. He was born into a polygamous family in Ajegunle, Olodi Apapa, Lagos state.
He attended Hope children school and Badagry Grammar school respectively. He is currently studying Business Administration at the University of Lagos. His love for music was influenced by his father who was a renowned disc jockey. SehWee’s first official work “Veronica”, produced by Flezzybeat came up in the year 2015.
He is currently working with a newly established record label Empire Nation Entertainment. He has three singles to his name.
